About me
I’ve always been searching for meaning - for something deeper, soulful, more aligned with who I really am. My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a straight line. It was long, curvy and deeply lived.
I began with a degree in Languages and Cultural Studies, drawn to people, connection, and the richness of different worlds. But deep down, I knew there was something more I was meant to do. My soul was craving a path where I could truly help people, witness transformation and be part of it in a meaningful way.
This knowledge led me inward. Before I could support others, I had to find myself. I needed to look at my own beliefs, patterns, wounds, and needs. That honest but ultimately freeing work became the foundation of everything I offer now. I don’t have all the answers, but I know how to help you find yours. I bring my professional skills gained over years of therapy training, along with my intuition and my own life experiences to gently guide you on your journey back to your soul.
