How I work
In my practice, I embrace a holistic approach that acknowledges the interaction between the mind, the body and the soul. I believe that true healing and personal growth occur when we address all these facets of our being. In my work with clients I focus on Parts Work - a gentle, intuitive way of exploring the different sides of you that might show up in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships.
We all carry many parts within us. You notice the part of you that wants to keep everything under control, a part that feels anxious or exhausted, the one that wants to hide or the one that always says “YES” even when it means saying “no” to yourself. These parts are not flaws - they are expressions of how you’ve learned to survive, cope, protect yourself or belong.
In out work together, we’ll begin to notice these parts with curiosity and compassion. As we explore them, you’ll start to understand where they come from, what they need, and how they’ve been shaping your life. This awareness brings clarity - and often, a deep sense of relief. Things start to make sense. This is about building a relationship with your inner world, because here is a beautiful thing: when we welcome and listen to these parts, we begin to touch something deeper, your soul, your essence and your inner wisdom. This is where healing begins and where you slowly start feeling more whole, more at peace and more aligned to your true being.
